First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/ Electronics & Communicaiion/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Radar/ Communication Engineeing from a recognised University or Institute; and (ii) Ten years of Research or Design or Development or Technology Application or Operational Experience.
