Scientist-E:
(Bioresources Management/ Taxonomy)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1st class M.Sc. in Botany/Zoology/Modern
Biology/ Life science/ Bioresources/ Environmental Science or equivalent and in
related areas with specialization in Bioresources Management/ Taxonomy from a
recognized university/institute with at least eleven years of research
experience or PhD in the above areas/subjects with at least 8 (eight) years of
research experience.
Desirable : Research experience in the area of Bioresources
Management/ Taxonomy with a strong track record of scientific publications.
Person should be capable of carrying out independent research with potential of
securing and sustaining independent and collaborative extramural funding to
fulfill the mandate of the institute.

Biotechnology/ Food technology/ Molecular Biology)

Qualification : 1st class M.Sc. in Botany/Modern Biology/ Plant
Biotechnology/ Horticulture/ Molecular Biology/ Life science/Biochemistry/Food
technology or equivalent and in related areas with specialization in Plant
Biotechnology/ Food technology/ Molecular Biology from a recognized university/institute
with at least eleven years of research experience or Ph.D. in the above subjects/area
with at least 8 (eight) years of research experience.
Desirable : Research experience in the area of Plant
Biotechnology/ Food technology/ Molecular Biology with a strong track record of
