Project Title  :  'Rejuvenation of Kosi River of Kumaun Himalaya through field intervention and peoples participation'

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  :  Master Degree in Earth Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/ Physical Sciences or MTech in Environmental Engineering/ Hydrology and other related streams of watershed management from the recognized University or Institute

Desirable :  Having experience in soil and water conservation/ watershed behaviour and conservation practices/, a good understanding of geohydrology of mountain areas, field and laboratory analysis work related to soil and water, have the knowledge of working with advances RS-GIS software, along with

Emoluments  :  Rs. 16,000/- +Rs. 1,800/- HRA

Field Officer

Qualification  :  Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Science/ Geography/ Geology/ RS&GIS/Forestry/Life Sciences (Botany/Zoology)

Desirable :  Experience of working in the hilly region of the Himalaya. Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience in the field of RS&GIS.

Emoluments  :  Rs. 36000 p.m. +HRA
