Science & Technology
No. of Post : 1
Qualifications : (i) Master of Science in Life Sciences or
Bachelor of Veterinary Science or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
(MBBS) or Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in the field of Biotechnology
from a recognized University.
Desirable : (ii)
Doctor of Philosophy in Life Sciences or Master of Veterinary Science or Master
of Technology in the field of Biotechnology from a recognized University.
Experience : 20 years experience in responsible positions
of work in R&D/ Management & Administration / Planning/ industrial/
Academic institutions and/ or Science & Technology Organizations with a
broad perspective of the Biotechnology.
Pay : Rs 182200 - 224100
Age Limit : Below 50 years as on the closing date. The
Controlling authority may relax the upper age limit in case of highly
experienced candidates in specialized areas of biotechnology. However, there
shall be no upper age limit in respect of the Scientists already working on
regular basis in the Department (Departmental Candidates).
