Scientist B –(Medical / Non Medical) (Project Coordinator) Job position in National Institute of Epidemiology on contract basis.
Name of the Project : Integrated Road Traffic Injuries Surveillance (IRIS), India: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Place of Posting :Chennai
Essential Qualification : MEDICAL MBBS degree recognized by MCI and registered in the appropriate Council with two years of experience in clinical research or public health research or teaching.
Non medical: 1st Class Master’s degree (MPH/Ms.C/MAE) in Public health/Community Health/Epidemiology/Health Sciences from a recognized university with 2 years experience in public health research or teaching. OR 2nd Class Master’s degree with Ph.D in relevant subject from a recognized University OR BDS/B.V.Sc degree with one year experience in public health research or teaching Desirable Qualification and Experience . Knowledge of computer applications/data management . Experience of field-based health-related research, including field supervision and data collection .Proficient to speak, read and write in Tamil .
