Job Description
Review of all operations (receipt, binning, picking packing & dispatch) based on daily reports. Identify & eliminate any lacunas in it. Routine audits both qualitative & quantitative (cycle count) to ensure accuracy of inventory & spares availability. Resolution of discrepancy if any. Study of overall material flow with respect to the processes & its impact on the throughput time. Supervising daily cycle count process & identifying the root causes of variances if any. Setting of Performance parameters for warehouse processes, Review of same. Creation & presentation of various performance indicative reports to the management. Other activities such as follow up with Suppliers regarding Shortages, Excess, Quality problems in Materials, Controlling the flow of consumables etc.
