Scrum Master Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies effectively, ensuring they stay time-boxed and productive
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and help improve team maturity over time
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy and well-groomed backlog
Identify, track, and remove impediments/blockers that hinder team progress
Shield the team from external interruptions and unplanned work during the sprint
Drive continuous improvement by conducting effective retrospectives and implementing action items
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, etc.) to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches to align practices across teams (in scaled Agile environments)
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team culture
Ensure transparency of work, progress, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership
Support the team in achieving sprint goals and maintaining sustainable pace
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on team's progress
Mentor junior Scrum Masters or team members new to Agile practices, if applicable
Proactively resolve conflicts within the team and promote healthy team dynamics
