About the role

Provide Scrum Master support for Novartis US PRIME teams across Business Intelligence reporting and Data Visualization initiatives. Facilitate and manage end-to-end Agile ceremonies, coordinating across multiple workstreams including Product Owners, Developers, Data Engineering teams, UI/UX and Testing teams, IT, and Wireframe teams to ensure efficient collaboration, timely delivery, and smooth execution of products.

Must have:

• Scrum Master certification, Good understanding of JIRA board, excellent Project Management skills and communication

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)

• Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint-releases

• Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.

• Foster collaboration between development teams, operations team and stakeholders.

• Should Support on US shift (2 to 10 PM)

• Creating slides on MS Power Point

Intermediate Tech skills – Excel and Power BI
