Responsibilities

Working through the web app lifecycle to launch.
Designing user-based interactions through effective front-end architecture.
Developing functional databases, applications and servers to support our web apps on the back end.
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and tablets.
Developing and designing RESTful services and APIs.
Determining application responsiveness for consumers.
Managing database administration and hosting duties.
Troubleshooting issues and problem solving as necessary.
Keeping current with industry trends and developments that can be applied to company needs.

Requirements

Experience with front-end technology stack including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and UI Frameworks such as Angular 2.x
Strong understanding of database design principles, experience in using RDBMS - PostgreSQL/MySQL
Building applications and products with scale and performance in mind.
Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like data structure, algorithms, OOPs, system design & networking.
Experience of source code versioning using Git/Bitbucket.
Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Linux Servers.
Experience in building REST APIs with Oauth 2.0.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development)
Good understanding of security best practices
