Education Qualification : Master’s degree in Public Policy/ Economics/Public Administration/ Public Finance/Business Administration/ Management/Rural Management.

Experience: At least 7-10 years’ experience of working on developmental solutions at the grass root level

Relevant professional experience in the field of institutional development, capacity building, project design, project monitoring, research, reporting and documentation.

Experience in managing big projects, handling partnerships including funding.

Good understanding of issues pertaining to Panchayati Raj Institutions, Urban Local Bodies as well as training institutions.

Understanding of Human Resource issues.

Ideally should have worked and engaged extensively in institutional development

Excellent written and oral Communication skills and knowledge of Computer Skill sets including Internet and Office.

Demonstrated work of Village/District/Municipal Level decentralization, Governance and Developmental Projects.

Previous work experience with government agencies is desirable.

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Willingness to travel extensively.

Community outreach, Communication, Awareness strategy, Corporate Communication, Government at the national level or sub-national level being responsible for awareness and press and media

Experience in leading a team or sub-offices as part of a larger organization or entity.

Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems.

Experience in data analytics for decision making.

level being responsible for Resource Mobilization and Private Sector, Voluntary Sector partnerships.

Experience in leading a team or sub-offices as part of a larger organization or entity.

Excellent written and oral Communication skills and knowledge of Computer Skill sets including Internet and Office.
