Job Description
SDGCC Monitoring & Evaluation Lead
Duty Station: Chandigarh, India
Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Economics, development economics, statistics, Mathematics, public administration, public policy or related social science field.
Experience:
• 7-10 years of relevant experience with government at the national level or sub-national level with experience of setting up complex evidence-based M&E systems
• Experience in leading a team or sub-offices as part of a larger organization or entity.
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems. Use of Open source technologies and those compatible with IE, Chrome and Mozilla browsers will be a good fit.
• Prior Work Experience on SDGs preferred
• Experience in creation of a data input tool (web version as well as mobile app); making data analytics more sustainable (e.g., data discovery, analyzing, visualization, reporting); Data Extraction, Data Manipulation (MongoDB/ Elastic Search) and Data Visualization (using open API’s)’; Integration support for data/information exchange will be an asset

• Self-development, ability to take initiative, adopt a corporate approach to complex situations
• Creates and promotes an enabling environment for open communication.
Language Requirements: Fluency in written and oral English is a must. Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi will be an asset.
