Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export invoice, packing list, tracking shipment, CHA, freight forwarders & shipping agents regarding shipment.
2. Handling export documents and submission to banks.
3. Sending payment reminder mails to customers.
4. Preparing documents for obtaining approvals.
5. Keeping a good record of export invoices.
Delivery in charge: You are to coordinate with delivery agents and transporter for planning deliveries of shipments. You must also arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Daily report: You are required to prepare a daily status report of the imports.
Regular updates: You must also maintain regular communication with the party over mail and personal contact, and update on their shipment status.
Spot and trace: You are also assigned to trace the shipment status through websites and personal contact with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Coordination with customs: You should also coordinate with customs clearance departments for obtaining the status and avail the required documents.
