Provide career advice and guidance.
Preparing candidates for the client interview.
Follow up from interview through to offer and beyond.
Maintenance of candidate database.Database Management
Make MIS / trackers for every position
Maintain trackers regularly
Send status reports / updates every Friday / Saturday EOD on active searches.
