Job Description
1. Identify SEO problems or inhibiting factors, diagnose the root cause, and devise effective intervention
2. Handle on-page and off-page optimization
3. Handle all associated steps including website structure, technical SEO, keyword analysis, meta tags, titles, submissions, traffic analysis, and rank optimization, etc.
4. Handle coordination with other teams and clients for other SEO implementation
5. Build organic traffic and improve SERPs
6. Work closely with content writing and content marketing teams

1. In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices
2. In-depth knowledge of Google algorithm
3. Able to generate data on a daily basis and show progress
4. Able to identify and implement strategies for increasing website traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted
5. Ability to handle research and identify URL architecture, page errors, content and navigational issues, and other factors that impact the technical performance of a website
6. Ability to work heavily with SEO tools, especially Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, Moz and Deep Crawl, SEM Rush, etc.
7. Ability to work on the on-page levels and make the keywords and revenue perform for clients' websites
8. Content skill is a plus
