Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Executive to improve the company's online visibility, organic traffic, search engine rankings, and overall digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring SEO performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues related to website performance, indexing, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and site structure.
• Plan and manage SEO content strategies in coordination with content and marketing teams.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Perform regular SEO audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO and link-building activities.
• Work on local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and location-based search visibility.
• Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to improve rankings.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports and share actionable insights with management.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with developers, content writers, designers, and digital marketing teams for SEO implementation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
• Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in SEO/Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant SEO experience preferred.
