Sec Ops Engineer
PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, INDIASUPPORT – CLOUD OPSFULL-TIME
Responsibilities :
- Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for Druva’s production systems, Applications, networks and data under management.
- Identify and define system security requirements
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
- Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
- Ensure continuous compliance of our production systems to controls defined by FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, etc.
- Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement
- Work closely with Druva’s CISO organisation as a representative of ops team and implement continuous improvements to our posture.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer
- Experience in building and maintaining security systems for production workloads on Amazon AWS or similar cloud environments
- Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, tracing etc
- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools like Wireshark, etc
- Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
- Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure adhering to strict timelines for delivery
