Secretarial Assistant Job Opportunity At PGIMER

Project: “Biomedical instrumentation and Devices Hub – A Center for innovation, Design and Clinical validation”.

Qualification and Experience:

Any Graduate with first division.
Minimum 3 years of experience required in secretarial/executive assistant profile in medical/research /Educational/Private organization

Desirable:

Good command of English (Drafting & noting preparation)
Working Experience on Tally Software
Experience of handling the bills & payments
Good knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Power Point
Excellent IT Skills

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

Purchase, bills processing & payments
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, report, draft, memos and emails.
Maintain office records/files etc
Drafting of Minutes of Meeting
Arrangement of office meetings
Any other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator or management team

Other Requirements: Fully flexible, able to participate in a 365-days-per-year rota including evening and weekend work

Salary: Fixed @ Rs. 21,000/- per month
