Secretary recruitment in Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC)
Qualification : i. The candidate must be an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. ii. The candidate should be a native of Andhra Pradesh State. For claiming native status the candidate should submit the study certificates issued by schools in which the candidate studied from class IV to X.

Indemnity Bond: The selected candidate shall execute an Indemnity BOND agreeing to serve the society for a minimum period of TWO years.
Selection Procedure: i. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. ii. Selection of candidates will be based on transparent method with weightages for a. Percentage of marks in CA, b. Possession of Additional Qualification c. Post qualification experience in relevant field (Co-operative Societies, Co-operative Banks, Commercial Banks & Central/State PSUs, etc) d. Oral Interview.
Fee : Candidate is required to submit a Demand Draft in favor of APSRTC ET&CCS Ltd., payable at VIJAYAWADA for Rs.500/-. The origin of APSRTC dates back to June1932, when it was first established as NSR-RTD (Nizam State Rail & Road Transport Department), a wing of Nizam State Railway in the erstwhile Hyderabad State, with 27 buses and 166 employees. During the past 77 years, it has registered a steady growth from 27 to 17,792 buses with 426 bus stations, 126 Depots and 790 bus shelters. The Corporation's buses cover 44.15 lakhs KMs. and carry 62.91 lakhs people to their destinations every day. They connect 14,123/3669 villages to all major towns and cities in A.P which constitutes 95% of Road Transport. APSRTC operates to City and Mofussil areas. The Corporation's buses also ply to important towns and cities in the neighboring States of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Odisha. The entire network is under the administrative control of 12 Regional Managers in 4 Zones. APSRTC under the present name was established on 11th January 1958 in pursuance of the Road Transport Corporations Act 1950
