Job Title: Secretary to CEO

Location: Infopark,Kochi
Work Location: Kochi/Mumbai
Working hours: should overlap with US work timing (9 working hours a day, starting @ 7am to 4pm, else 2pm to 11pm (IST).
Job Description:
We are on hunt for a proactive go-getter who drives everyday tasks of CEO. Should be dexterous in handling and conversing with top management clients from multiple countries and work in par with well proposed plans. Should be a versatile problem solver and expeditious decision maker.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Well-versed in both verbal and written communication (Medium should be English. Candidates with fluency in multiple foreign languages would be prioritized)
- Conduct Meetings and reasonable conversations with Top-notch clients/investors/partners, representing Cognicor and discuss product differentiation, sales partnerships with a pretty good self awareness about Cognicor product.
- Diligently follow-up every conversations/ meetings done both internally as well as externally.
- Prepare To-Do-List for the day, highlighting the entire work to be done for the day.
- Preside at the emergency meetings, in the absence of CEO and capture the points of discussion.
- Prepare Minutes of the meeting, relevant PPTs and give presentations/demos to the clients, whenever necessary.
