Section Officer (Accounts) job Position in School of Planning and Architecture - Delhi on contract basis

Qualifications : Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Arts or equivalent examination of a recognized university and 5 years' experience as Assistant or equivalent in educational /administrative institution (Govt. of India or autonomous bodies) and having practical knowledge in accounts/ academic administration.

Desirable : Preference will be given to qualified SAS examination from the recognized services and also who have good practical knowledge of computer.

Emoluments : Rs.30,000/- P.M.

Age Limit : Below 63 years Contract period of 6 months, further extendable

The School of Planning and Architecture had a modest beginning in 1941 as a Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic. It was later affiliated to the University of Delhi and integrated with the School of Town and Country Planning which was established in 1955 by the Government of India to provide facilities for rural, urban and regional planning. On integration,the School was renamed as School of Planning and Architecture in 1959.
