Job description

• Overall 8+ of experience in handling user administration with In- depth knowledge on RACF, AD, Mainframe
• Managing user accounts across (Creation/deletion/management) different platforms like Windows - Active Directory, UNIX, SAP, RACF etc
• Extensive experience with RACF/Mainframe profile configuration management, account access, profile allocation and assignments
• Run ad- hoc reports and troubleshoot access and profile issue
• Work closely with internal teams, customer and third party vendors on RACF on a consolidation project
• Lead RACF security projects for a complex mainframe environment
• Analyze RACF security requirements and define appropriate RACF access rules or profiles
• Reviewing and analyze daily activity and create violation summary and detail reports
• Experience in access role development and maintenance and defining application- level roles/groups and permissions to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms are aligned with policies, standards and as appropriate, best practices.
• Manage employee onboarding process as it relates to technology ensuring new users are set up with required access to IngramMicro systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Knowledge and skill to provide computer security administration in an enterprise multi- domain environment.
• Skill in principles and practices of effective customer relations and oral communication, including meeting facilitation and consulting with application team
