Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Security Command Center Analyst to monitor, assess, and respond to security threats across CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm monitoring, and physical security systems. This role requires expertise in incident management, security policies, threat monitoring, and intelligence applications to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. CCTV & Physical Security Monitoring

Monitor CCTV cameras for suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.

Analyze and respond to security incidents in real-time.

Ensure proper functionality of surveillance systems and report malfunctions.
2. Access Control & Alarm Monitoring
-
Manage and monitor access control systems to regulate entry to secure areas.

Respond to alarm triggers from motion detectors, fire alarms, and security breaches.

Investigate and escalate incidents related to unauthorized access or forced entry.
3. Incident Management & Response
-
Detect, assess, and respond to security threats, breaches, and emergency situations.

Document security incidents and escalate critical cases to security teams and law enforcement.

Follow emergency response protocols to ensure timely action during security events.
4. Security Systems & Intelligence Applications

Operate and maintain security applications, including video analytics, biometric access, and intrusion detection.

Utilize intelligence applications to track and assess threats.
-
Conduct real-time threat monitoring using available data sources and surveillance feeds.
5. Security Policies & Documentation
-
Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain detailed incident reports, access logs, and investigation records.

Assist in updating security policies and SOPs based on new threats and incidents.
