Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Security & Surveillance
✅ Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
✅ Conduct CCTV surveillance and physical security checks.
✅ Inspect bags, vehicles, and personnel at entry and exit points.
✅ Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
2️⃣ Visitor & Staff Management
✅ Maintain records of visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
✅ Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
✅ Assist employees and visitors with security protocols and safety measures.
3️⃣ Emergency & Crisis Response
✅ Handle fire safety drills, first aid, and emergency evacuations.
✅ Report suspicious activities, unauthorized personnel, or security violations.
✅ Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when required.
4️⃣ ASO (Assistant Security Officer) Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate security guard shifts and duties.
✅ Train and educate security personnel on emergency protocols and risk management.
✅ Ensure compliance with security laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
✅ Prepare security reports and incident documentation.
