Job Description : - 

• Male Candidates from throughout the country (age group of 18 to 28 yrs) with minimum educational qualification of 10th Standard and desired physical standards are selected as Marshals and trained in Raxa Academy Recruitment Standards: 
  
• Age: 18 – 28 yrs 
  
• Qualifications: Matric/Graduate 
  
• Physical standards: Height-175 cms , Chest: 77-82 preference given to sports persons,etc.
  

High Standards of Training-

• Marshals are put through an induction training programme of 8 weeks both in outdoor and Indoor subjects at Raxa Academy. Raxa Training Academy spread over 100 acres of land on Bengaluru – Hyderabad National Highway (NH-7), about 100 kms from Bengaluru, 60 Kms from Bengaluru International Airport, has faculty of accomplished experts drawn from Defense / Police forces. 
  
• The Academy is equipped with State-of-the-Art training facilities to train security professionals. Meticulous care is taken in induction as well as in-service training programmes to make the trainees highly committed security professionals, maintaining high ethical standards of Honesty and Integrity. 
  
• They are trained in physical exercises / Drills, Unarmed Combat Skills (UAC), First Aid, Fire safety, Disaster Management, Industrial / Airport security, Handling of Technical equipment, use of computers, Motor cycle driving, professional conduct, values of honesty and integrity etc.
