Key Responsibilities
1. Premises & Asset Protection

Monitor and safeguard company property, employees, and visitors.

Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure only authorized personnel have access.

Regularly patrol premises to ensure security and safety compliance.
2. Access Control & Surveillance
-
Manage entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain proper logbook records.

Monitor CCTV cameras and security alarms to detect suspicious activity.
3. Incident Handling & Reporting
-
Respond quickly to emergencies, security breaches, or suspicious activities.

Handle theft, fire, accidents, or medical emergencies as per company protocol.

Prepare and submit daily security reports and incident logs to the supervisor.
4. Customer & Staff Assistance
-
Assist visitors, employees, and clients in locating offices or departments.
-
Provide basic guidance and support in case of emergencies.
-
Maintain a polite, professional, and approachable attitude.
5. Safety & Compliance
-
Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-
Ensure fire safety measures and emergency exits are functional.

Participate in regular safety drills and security training sessions.
Skills & Competencies

Physically fit with the ability to stand for long hours.

Good observation and quick decision-making skills.
-
Basic knowledge of CCTV operations, visitor management, and emergency handling.
-
Discipline, punctuality, and integrity are a must.
