Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, alert, and well-mannered Security Guard to ensure the safety and protection of customer property, company assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, supervising surroundings, managing visitor movement, and handling clients’ property with the utmost sincerity, discipline, and respect. This role requires dedication, flexibility, and a proactive approach to maintaining security and order.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and protect customer property and premises from unauthorized access, damage, or theft.

Remain alert and observant at all times, especially during customer interactions or property handovers.

Supervise the surroundings of the premises, parking areas, entry/exit points, and reception zones.

Ensure smooth and safe movement of clients, staff, and visitors within the premises.

Handle clients’ belongings with care and ensure that all customer property is returned securely.

Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, staff, or guests.

Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards to the management immediately.

Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or disturbances.

Maintain accurate daily records of visitors, incidents, and routine security checks.

Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols as instructed by supervisors.

Be flexible with shift timings, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per duty rotation.
Required Qualifications

Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (matriculation).

Prior experience in security, facility supervision, or defense background preferred.

Physically fit and medically sound.

Basic reading and writing skills (in local language or English, as required).

Familiar with security protocols, gatekeeping duties, and visitor management.
