Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Security Monitoring & Patrol:

Conduct regular patrols around the premises to monitor the property and detect any irregularities.

Monitor security cameras, access points, and other surveillance systems.

Check identification and authorize entry to the premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access.

Ensure gates, doors, and windows are properly secured and locked after hours.
Incident Response & Reporting:
-
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.

Take necessary action during incidents while ensuring the safety of residents and staff.

Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, security incidents, and unusual occurrences.

Assist law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during investigations or emergencies.
Customer Service & Resident Interaction:

Greet residents, guests, and contractors with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist residents with minor inquiries and provide directions when required.

Enforce building rules and regulations to maintain a peaceful and secure living environment.
Access Control & Visitor Management:

Monitor and control the entry and exit of vehicles and pedestrians at residential entrances.

Maintain a visitor log and ensure that all guests follow the proper check-in procedures.

Ensure that service providers (e.g., maintenance, delivery) follow the appropriate entry procedures.
Emergency Preparedness:

Be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and emergency contacts.

Maintain a high level of awareness and readiness to respond to emergencies.

Conduct safety checks on security equipment and report any malfunctioning systems.
