Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring entrances and exits, patrolling the property, operating security systems, and responding to emergencies. A professional and proactive approach, along with adherence to company policies and safety protocols, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Access Control & Monitoring

Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

Verify identification and maintain records of all entries and exits.

Ensure unauthorized personnel do not access restricted areas.
2. Patrolling & Surveillance

Conduct regular patrols of premises to detect suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems for unusual activities.

Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, or other incidents.
3. Emergency Response & Assistance

Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.

Provide first-level assistance and guidance during medical, fire, or security emergencies.

Assist with evacuation procedures and crowd control during events or emergencies.
4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and security checklists.

Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the concerned authorities.

Provide detailed reports to supervisors or management when required.
5. Rule Enforcement & Safety Compliance

Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety policies consistently.

Ensure all employees, visitors, and contractors follow safety protocols.

Assist in implementing security improvements as suggested by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems.

Ability to operate basic communication equipment such as walkie-talkies and intercoms.

Basic first aid and emergency response skills are a plus.
