Work Arrangement : Work From Office

Location : Rohini
Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Surveillance and Monitoring:
-
Monitor premises using CCTV systems, alarms, and other surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.

Watch entrances, exits, parking areas, and other sensitive locations, ensuring no unauthorized access.

Remain alert and observant throughout shifts to detect irregularities and prevent incidents.
2. Access Control:
-
Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and vendors before granting access to restricted areas.
-
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges or access passes as per company policy.
-
Ensure doors, gates, and windows are properly secured during and after business hours.

Screen baggage or vehicles when required by protocol.
3. Patrolling:
-
Conduct routine patrols (foot or vehicle-based) around the premises to check for unusual activities, hazards, or security violations.

Inspect all areas such as stairwells, emergency exits, hallways, and perimeter fences for signs of tampering or entry.

Report and address issues such as broken locks, malfunctioning lights, or safety hazards immediately.
4. Incident Response:
-
Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, accidents, fire alarms, or medical emergencies.

Use appropriate intervention techniques to de-escalate tense situations or deter criminal activity.

Notify emergency services (police, fire department, medical) when necessary.

Provide detailed reports of incidents, including date, time, parties involved, actions taken, and outcomes.
5. Customer Service:
-
Provide information or directions to visitors, customers, or clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Help maintain a welcoming and safe atmosphere for employees and guests.

Assist in crowd control during events, company gatherings, or emergencies.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
-
Maintain daily activity reports, incident logs, shift summaries, and visitor records.

Document observations, safety concerns, and actions taken in clear and accurate language.

Submit reports to supervisors or facility managers as per shift requirements.
7. Emergency Procedures:
-
Participate in evacuation drills, fire drills, and other emergency preparedness training.

Follow established protocols during emergencies such as fire, theft, medical incidents, or natural disasters.

Direct people to safe areas and assist with first response until emergency teams arrive.
Technical Skills:
-
Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control panels, and alarm systems.

Basic understanding of first aid, fire safety, and emergency response protocols.

Ability to operate two-way radios, security equipment, and basic computer systems.
Soft Skills:
-
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
-
Calm under pressure and able to react quickly in emergencies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Dependable, punctual, and honest with a strong sense of integrity.

Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
