Key Responsibilities

1. Access Control & Visitor Management

Monitor and control entry and exit points of the apartment complex.
Check and verify visitor identities, issue entry passes, and maintain a visitor log.
Ensure delivery personnel, guests, and service providers follow security protocols.

2. Premises Security & Surveillance

Conduct regular patrols to check for suspicious activities or unauthorized persons.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activities.
Inspect gates, locks, and alarm systems to ensure security measures are intact.

3. Emergency Response & Incident Handling

Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
Assist in handling emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or break-ins.
Coordinate with police, fire, or medical teams when needed.

4. Property & Asset Protection

Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
Ensure common areas, parking lots, and facilities are secure.
Monitor vehicles entering and exiting the premises.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily reports of activities, incidents, and security breaches.
Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the management.
Log all deliveries and service visits for record-keeping.
