Role Responsibilities:
- Create an environment to grow and challenge the team
- Track deliverables to ensure activities are on schedule and of high quality
- Build processes that speed up the discovery and resolution of findings
- Communicate technical issues with Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Basic Qualifications :
- 3-5 yrs experience in penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management or application security
- Solid understanding of most common software vulnerabilities and standard secure coding practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to contribute to briefings, roadmaps, and log-range planning documents
- Participant in CTFs, bug bounties or other similar activities
