Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and validate IMS and VoLTE call flows including registration, call setup, call release, and supplementary services
Perform protocol testing and debugging using tools like Wireshark, QXDM, TEMS, Spirent, or similar
Work extensively with SIP, Diameter, RTP/RTCP, and MAP protocols
Validate VoLTE features such as SRVCC, SMS over IMS, emergency calls, and roaming scenarios
Analyze and troubleshoot LTE (4G) signaling including attach, bearer setup, handover, and paging
Support interoperability testing between UE, eNodeB, EPC, and IMS core
Perform regression, functional, and system-level testing for telecom features
Investigate call drops, signaling failures, latency, and QoS issues
Collaborate with development, QA, and network teams to resolve protocol-level defects
Prepare detailed test reports, call flow diagrams, and defe
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of IMS architecture and VoLTE call flows
Hands-on experience with SIP and Diameter protocols
Good understanding of LTE/4G network architecture (EPC, eNodeB, IMS)
Experience with protocol testing and log analysis
Knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies
Familiarity with call flow analysis and signaling procedures
Experience using protocol analyzers and testing tools
