Job Description

As a Select Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the post-sales experience and membership renewal of our personalized customers. To be a successful Select Service Advisor, you should be proactive, patient, and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top performing Select Service Advisor is the one who is a product expert and demonstrates exceptional communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
•A year of relevant customer service experience.

•Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.

•High on Emotional Quotient.

•An abundance of patience and persuasion.

•Bachelor’s Degree. Fluency in English and Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers professionally and listen to their service or concerns.
Advise customers on recommended services based on history and inspections.
Clearly explain job scope, charges, service timelines, and warranty coverage.

Job Card Management:

Open and maintain detailed job cards including customer details, information, complaints, and technician assignments.
Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of services.
Keep customers informed on job progress, additional issues found, and delivery timelines.

Service Coordination:

Follow up with managers to ensure service quality.
Ensure availability of required products and coordinate with other department.
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and effective resolution.

Billing & Delivery:

Finalize invoices and explain charges to customers at the time of delivery.
Ensure quality checks are completed before handing over the product.
Collect feedback and encourage repeat visits through good rapport and service.
