Job Description
1. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
2. Provide data and guides to help the sales team
3. Develop and monitor performance indicators
4. Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
5. Keep a record of sales trends
6. Liaise with account managers to learn and then develop specific sales strategies
7. Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches of the organization and ensure the sales team is on board
8. Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
9. Suggest sales process improvements
