Brief Description:
- We are looking for smart and dynamic fresh graduates (Trivandrum based) with excellent communication skills & who have a flair for interacting with people. The candidate shall be assisting the Seller Support department.
- Providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the company’s platform.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Relations, Accounts & Procurement teams as required to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.
- Product Catalogue updating & uploading in company website.

- Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy meeting and interacting with sellers having businesses of all sizes.
