Job Description
Pipara & Co LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (cleared CS Executive level) to join our Corporate Law & Compliance team. This is a great opportunity for candidates pursuing CS to gain rich practical experience in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assisting in company law compliance including ROC filings and documentation
-
Preparing notices, agendas, and draft minutes for Board and General Meetings
-
Maintaining statutory registers and records under Companies Act
-
Supporting in incorporation of companies and LLPs
-
Drafting resolutions, agreements, and other legal documents
-
Coordinating with clients and regulatory authorities
-
Assisting in due diligence, compliance audits, and filings with MCA
-
Keeping track of legal and compliance deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
-
Passed CS Executive and pursuing or partially completed CS Professional.

Basic understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.

Good command of English – both written and spoken.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MCA/ROC online portals.
Preferred:
-
Internship experience with a practicing CS or corporate office is a plus.
-
Familiarity with compliance tools or secretarial software (like BLISS, Complinity, etc.) is advantageous.
