Senior Accountant

Job Location: Usmanpura, Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 3+Years

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience in financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting. This role demands attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchase, returns, receipts, payments, and contra entries

Managing bank transactions: statement entries, reconciliations, Paytm, cash book, and import/export entries

Preparing GST return data, reconciling GSTR-2A, and processing GST payments

Preparing and filing TDS data and payments; matching records with Form 26AS

Payroll management: salary working, cheque processing, conveyance, and commission calculations

Oversee daily cash flow management, including monitoring bank accounts, managing payments, and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.

Track accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.

Work with management to forecast cash flow and make recommendations for maintaining healthy financial operations.
