Job Title: Bookkeeper (Experienced with QBO & Dext)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Dext, understands the importance of timely communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and on time.

Manage data entry and expense categorization using QBO and Dext.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are up to date.

Communicate professionally and promptly via email.

Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Collaborate with team members and provide support for accounting-related inquiries.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Dext is required.

Solid understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to respond to emails promptly.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience working with multiple clients or small businesses.

Background in accounting or finance.
