Job Description
Position: Senior Accountant – 5+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle accounting for real estate projects including project costing, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, payables, and client payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure GST, TDS, income tax, and RERA compliance for all transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors and legal teams during internal and external audits.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
- Supervise junior accountants and provide financial guidance to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter/Completed preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in real estate or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial management software.
- Familiarity with RERA regulations, MIS reporting, and project finance.
