Job Description
Maintain and review books of accounts for hospital operations using ERP/Tally
-
Handle end-to-end accounting for OPD/IPD revenue, pharmacy, diagnostics, and consultants
-
Ensure GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and healthcare-specific exemptions
-
Manage TDS deductions for doctors, vendors, and service providers; file returns and challans
-
Perform bank, vendor, inter-department, and insurance reconciliations
-
Oversee vendor payments, settlements, and expense controls
-
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual hospital book closures
-
Prepare MIS, variance analysis, and financial reports for management
-
Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure statutory compliance
-
Guide junior accountants and improve accounting processes
Preferred: CA-pursuing candidates with hospital/healthcare accounting exposure
