MIS & Budgeting

Tools & Platforms:

Zoho Books (upcoming transition)

GoFrugal (retail billing and PO system)

GST Portal

Traces (TDS)

Excel (cash flow, budgets, variance reports)

KPIs:

Timely GST and TDS filings

Accuracy in consolidated MIS and financial reports

Zero audit non-compliance cases

Timely reconciliation of GoFrugal data with Tally books

Vendor and receivable aging resolution within targets

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Experience in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
