- Monitor transactions in bank statements
- Handle mailbox for request and query management
- Perform daily transactions as per standard operating procedures
- Daily SLA adherence and reporting
- Provide assistance during internal/ external audits
- Perform WHT / TDS / TCS / GST workings as per country requirement
- Perform User Acceptance Training and Testing
- Provide floor support in the absence of supervisor
- Provide new hire orientation and process training
- Strong Excel & Domain Knowledge
- Good Accounting Knowledge and Communication Skills
- Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification
- 2-4 Years of experience irrespective work stream â AP/Billings/AR/IC
