Qualification  :  A good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with ACA/AICWA/MBA (F)/SOGE or equivalent qualification and 10 years of experience in a responsible position in accounts and finance in Government /autonomous bodies or in reputed academic/research institutions out of which at least 5 years should be in Pay Level-11 in the pay matrix Rs.67700-208700/- or above. Thorough knowledge in Government rules and regulations is essential. Familiarity with the use of computer in accounts would be considered as an added qualification.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE for DEPUTATION: Officers of Government /autonomous bodies or in reputed academic/research institutions: A. (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department OR (ii) with five years of service in Pay Level-11 in the pay matrix ₹67700-208700/- or equivalent, rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the parent cadre or department AND B. A good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with ACA/AICWA/MBA (F)/SOGE or equivalent qualification and 10 years of experience in a responsible position in accounts and finance in Government /autonomous bodies or in reputed academic/research institutions out of which at least 5 years should be in Level-11 in the pay matrix Rs.67700-208700/- or equivalent. Pay Level  : Rs.78800-209200/- in Pay Level 12 plus other admissible allowances (7th CPC).

Qualification  :  Officers of Government, Public Sector Undertakings, autonomous organisations or in reputed academic/ educational institutions. A. (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department OR (ii) With five years of service in Level-10 in the pay matrix Rs.56,100-17, 7500/- or equivalent, rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the parent cadre or department AND B. A good Bachelor’s degree with degree/diploma in management or other equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience in supervisory position in Government, Public Sector Undertakings, autonomous organisations or in reputed academic/ educational institutions out of which at least 5 years should be in in Level-10 in the pay matrix Rs.56,100-1,77,500/- or equivalent. Thorough knowledge in Government rules and regulations is essential. Familiarity with the use of computer in all functional areas of management would be considered as an added qualification.

Pay Level  : Rs.67,700-2, 08,700/- in Pay Level 11 plus other admissible allowances (7th CPC).
