JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 2 to 3+ years working Experience in Security Operations Center as Security Analyst which includes but not limited to security event/alert monitoring and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in SIEM like McAfee, ArcSight, Splunk, AlienVault.
  • Experience in End Point Protection Tools/Technologies like CrowdStrike, Tanium, McAfee ePO, Symantec SEPM, TrendMicro OfficeScan etc.
  • Able to manage end to end Endpoint Security Solutions which includes and not limited to install, configure, manage, administer, troubleshoot etc.
  • Experience in Analyzing Phishing Emails, and also hands-on experience in Email Security tools like, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Cisco IronPort, O-365 etc.
  • Should worked in Ticketing tools like BMC remedy, Service now , Jira etc.
  • Should have good Knowledge in Network protocols
  • Experience of other security concepts/technologies e.g. Firewall, Network IDS/IPS, Host Based IDS/IPS, etc.
  • Should be able to communicate with global Customers and Other Teams
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
