Job Description of Apple L1 Support MAC:

Hands on experience in Macintosh Operating systems.
Ability to analyze the issues and provide solutions for all Apple Devices.
Experience in troubleshooting with Mac System Preferences and Disk Utility.
Understanding of MacOS in large enterprise network.
Work with security compliance team to assure Mac machines are compliant and secure
User ID creation, Printer configure, file sharing, and its remote managements.
Should be able to identify, analyze, troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
Continues learning on windows and old mac operating systems.
MacOS imaging/software packages as well as create, manage and secure enterprise ready.
Should have experience in professionals configure, maintain Mac systems, their peripherals and hardware.
Ability to take Time machine backups of Apple/Macintosh equipment, besides computers with other operating systems such as windows and Linux.
Familiar with Apple Remote Support Technology, Apple Screen Sharing, MS Office for Mac, archive, import/export mails from PST to OLM and imaging solutions.
Should have hands on experience on Apple mails/Outlook and communicators.
Handle password issue pertaining to Keychain access and network utility.
Experience on File vault and privacy setting on Apple systems.
Ability to handle escalations and should be able to work in shifts.
