Reporting To: Head Advisory & Corporate Valuations
Proposed CTC: 4.8 Lakhs / Annum (Candidates with relevant experience will be compensated higher)
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Planning / Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Chartered Accountant with Masters in Valuations / Real Estate /Finance / Construction Project Management/Planning (CGPI > 7.0 only).
Essential / Pre-Requisite:
Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and flexible attitude.
