Provana is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) with a strong background in US Healthcare processes. This individual will play a critical role in managing outstanding claims, ensuring timely collections, and upholding the highest standards of compliance and service delivery.
Responsibilities:-
Claim Follow-Up: Track, manage, and follow up on unpaid or denied healthcare claims with insurance providers.

Customer Communication: Interact professionally with clients and insurance representatives via phone and email to resolve account issues.

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive records of claim status, communication logs, and payment arrangements.

Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, denials, and billing errors, coordinating with internal departments.

Reporting: Prepare and review AR aging reports and collection summaries for internal review.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, and internal company policies.

Collaboration: Partner with billing and coding teams for claim accuracy and dispute resolutions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Accounts Receivable, Medical Billing, or similar domains.

Strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes, insurance protocols, and HIPAA regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills – Non-negotiable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare billing software.

Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.

Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.

Must currently be working as a Senior AR Caller or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AR calling.

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills during the interview process.

Should meet the minimum work experience and typing speed criteria.

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate

Typing Proficiency: 25 WPM with 95% accuracy

Willing to work onsite in Noida and flexible with night shifts.
