Job Description
Lead the conceptualization, design, and detailing of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and approval drawings.

Develop 3D visualizations, renders, and presentation drawings for client communication.

Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, interiors) to ensure integrated design solutions.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.

Review and finalize BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.

Stay updated with latest trends in sustainable design and construction technologies.

Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
