Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the planning, designing, and execution of diverse architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD and other architectural software and will excel at collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to realize innovative architectural solutions.
This role involves managing complex projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, malls, townships, hospitals, hotels, and mixed-use developments. The Senior Architect will ensure that all designs comply with applicable regulations, codes, and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Design:

Lead the conceptualization, development, and refinement of architectural designs from initial sketches to detailed construction drawings.

Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software to create precise and innovative design plans.

Develop detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.

Ensure that designs meet client requirements, functional needs, and aesthetic expectations.
2. Project Execution and Management:

Oversee the execution phase, coordinating closely with contractors and site teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Monitor construction progress, perform site visits, and conduct inspections to verify adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Address technical challenges and provide solutions throughout project lifecycles.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within financial parameters.
3. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget constraints.

Present design proposals, revisions, and progress updates clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, and other specialists to integrate all aspects of building design.

Work with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
4. Multi-sector Experience:

Apply expertise in designing diverse projects including:

Commercial buildings (offices, retail spaces)

Residential complexes and housing developments

Shopping malls and entertainment centers

Large-scale township planning and mixed-use developments

Healthcare facilities such as hospitals and clinics

Hospitality projects including hotels and resorts

5. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Lead and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
