Job Description
Job Summary
The Senior Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accurate financial documentation for construction projects. The role involves cost estimation, contract management, and payment processing while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Billing & Documentation: Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on work completed.

Measurement & Quantity Surveying: Check on-site measurements and quantity calculations for accurate billing.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Assist in project cost estimation, material reconciliation, and financial planning.

Client & Vendor Coordination: Ensure timely submission and approval of bills with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Contract Management: Work with project managers to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Tax & Compliance Handling: Process GST, WCT, and other applicable taxes in billing documentation.

Reporting & MIS: Maintain records, prepare project billing reports, and update stakeholders on financial progress.

Quality Control & Audit Support: Assist in audits and compliance checks related to project expenses and payments.
